Adriane Post, violin

Adriane Post is currently pursuing her masters degree in Historical Performance at the Juilliard School. She first became interested in baroque violin at Oberlin Conservatory, where she received her BM studying with Marilyn McDonald. She is a member of baroque ensembles around the United States, including Apollo's Fire in Cleveland, Passamezzo Moderno in San Francisco and New Trinity Baroque in Atlanta. She has performed with baroque groups in the States such as Concert Royal, New York State Baroque, Foundling, L'Academie, Publick Musick, and in the UK with Sprezzatura, and Soprano Evelyn Tubb. Recent US festival engagements include Carmel Bach Festival and Piccolo Spoleto; and in Europe, the International Handel Festival in Germany, and the Vammala Early Music Festival in Finland. Adriane is from Burlington, Vermont.
